It is located about half a kilometer south of Silwan Pool. This well is attributed to the Prophet Job. It is a large well, about 40 meters deep, and the water comes from the Umm al-Draj spring. The construction of this well was renewed by the Ayyubid Sultan Saladin in 1187 AD.
