Khirbet Sir is located 11 km east of Qalqilya, about 250 meters above sea level. It's about 2700 dunums, and the built-up area is 38 dunums.

The lands of the village are surrounded by the lands of Kafr' Abbush, Baqat al-Hatab, Kafr Laqif, Azzun, and Jayyus. The field survey showed that the village had 14 heritage buildings.
