Hisham's Palace Museum
This museum is located within the archaeological site of Hisham's Palace in Jericho, where it was built in 2000AD, and closed after that for some time. In 2014, the Palestinian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, with the American cooperation, restored and maintained the museum, including building museum cabinets, and making explanatory paintings that reflect the story of Hisham's Palace site. Most of the artifacts displayed inside the museum are from the archaeological site of Hisham's Palace, discovered during archaeological excavations over time.
