The information center provides tourist brochures containing general and various information about Palestinian cities; detailed information about the city of Ramallah; programs for different activities (cultural, social, and recreational in the city of Ramallah); and instructions on the use of local means of transportation and information about the roads and streets of the city; and printed programs for tourist activities and organized tours, books and publications on geography, history, heritage, culture, politics and society in the city of Ramallah and Palestine. The center also has a gift shop selling traditional Palestinian handicrafts, souvenirs, and postcards.A variety of tours are available through the Ramallah Tourist Information Center. The city of Ramallah is considered one of the most attractive Palestinian cities for local visitors from all over the country, as well as for tourists and foreign visitors. Ramallah contains many recreational tourist places, and service facilities that can meet the needs of different tourists. The city offers many shops, restaurants, cafes, and hotels spread all over the city that provide luxurious service, and it also offers several natural sites that can be visited, such as woodlands such as Al-Radana, Jebia Forest, many gardens, parks, amusement parks, children's playgrounds, and various cultural places.It also contains some archaeological areas, such as the Ein Qinya area, which includes several Roman antiquities. Other antiquities in the city include a fortified castle in Birzeit, and the relics of the Byzantine church in Jifna. The city is also considered a center for many government headquarters, ministries, foreign institutions, and diplomatic representations.
