Jenin Creative Cultural Centre
The Jenin Creative Cultural Centre (J3C), established in 2005, uses art and cultural projects to promote peace, justice, and equity in Palestine. Their mission is to empower the younger generation of Palestinians through art, culture, and education, helping them cope with life's challenges and express themselves.
J3C operates both locally and internationally. Locally, they offer artistic workshops, dance classes, theatre and music performances, as well as puppet and clown shows in schools. Internationally, the Centre extends its reach through events like music shows in London, dance performances in Sweden, theatre acts in Venice and Berlin, and art exhibitions worldwide. These events help raise awareness about J3C's work and the situation in Palestine.
J3C has facilitated trips for over 100 children from Jenin to various countries, giving them valuable exposure to life beyond Palestine and opportunities to share their stories globally.
